“DUAL DIAGNOSIS:  DOUBLE TROUBLE OR DOUBLE OPPORTUNITIES” 

Dr. Morgan is Chairman of Psychiatry, Bridgeport Hospital, Bpt, Ct.  He formerly served as Director of Substance Abuse Services and Medical Director of Ambulatory Services at Four Winds and Yonkers Hospital.  He spent 4 years in private practice but prefers the collegiality of the hospital setting.
